Work with a sport psychology coach
When patterns run deep or a season feels heavier than what a tool can hold, we partner with Momentum Labs to offer 1:1 and team sport psychology coaching.
Mettle gives you clarity and simple next steps.
Momentum Labs gives you a real person to walk through it with.
When 1:1 coaching can help
Coaching can be a good next step when:
Your athlete has been struggling for a while, not just a rough week
The same emotional pattern keeps showing up, even after trying tools
A big transition is coming (injury return, recruiting, major event)
A coach or parent wants support having hard conversations with a player or team
If you see yourself in that list, it might be time to talk with a human, not just a tool.
Our coaching partners – Momentum Labs
Momentum Labs is a sport psychology and performance practice led by Dr. Alex Auerbach and a team of Certified Mental Performance Consultants (CMPCs).
We’ve partnered so families and teams using Mettle have a trusted place to go when they’re ready for deeper support.
Together, we connect:
Mettle’s tools (Performance Readiness Map, Mettle Coach, Running Signature)
Momentum Labs’ experience working with athletes in the NBA, NFL, NWSL, NCAA, and more
You get tech for clarity and continuity, plus humans for depth and relationship.
How it works
1. Book a brief introductory call
Use the button below to schedule a short call with Momentum Labs.
They’ll learn about your situation, your athlete or team, and what you’re hoping for.
2. Get matched with a coach
Based on age, level, sport, and goals, they’ll recommend a coach from their team—or point you toward a better-fit resource if needed.
3. Begin 1:1 or team coaching
You’ll work directly with your coach on a schedule and format that fits your family or program. Mettle’s tools can be part of that work, or a complement to it.
